RRB ALP Exam Pattern and Syllabus

The RRB ALP examination is conducted every year to select students for the various posts of Assistant Loco Pilot. The examination is conducted in two parts viz written examination and skill test. The written exam is an online examination and is conducted for two Tiers viz Tier 1 and Tier 2. The candidates who will apply for the exam can check the exam pattern and syllabus in the aforesaid article.
RRB ALP Exam Pattern
The RRB ALP written examination is conducted for two tiers and post this a skill test is also conducted for preparing the final merit list of the selected candidates.
ALP Tier 1
The examination of the ALP Tier 1 will be conducted online in the computer-based mode. The students who manage to clear the examination will get absorbed in various vacancies released for Loco Pilot:
- The examination will be conducted in bilingual language
- The total duration will be 90 minutes and there will be extra time for the candidates with a disability.
- There will be 1 mark for a correct answer while ¼ marks for the wrong answer.
