Side of a square $= 44m$
Area of a square = side$^2 = 44^2 = 1936 m^2$
Circumference of a circle $= 2\pi r =1936$
$diameter=~\frac{1936\times 7}{22} = 616 m$
Breadth of rectangle (b) = diameter of circle
$b = 616 m^2$
$2(l + b) = 1404$
$l + b = 702$
Length of rectangle $= 702 - 616 = 86 m$
