RRB NTPC Exam Pattern 2021
As per the previous notifications of RRB, the RRB NTPC Exam Pattern has basically three stages i.e. Stage 1 Preliminary test, Stage 2 Mains Test and third stage Typing Test. The Railway NTPC Syllabus for all the stages is different. RRB NTPC Exam Pattern: Stage 1
According to the RRB NTPC Exam Pattern of the previous year the Stage 1 of the Railway NTPC Exam Pattern will be a preliminary examination. The test will have three subjects i.e. Mathematics, English and Reasoning. In addition to this, the candidates are also required to check the RRB NTPC Syllabus for all the subjects. The students can also download the RRB NTPC Syllabus PDF file to prepare better for the exam. The board has released RRB NTPC Syllabus in Hindi and in English. - The RRB NTPC exam will be conducted online.

- There will be a total of 100 questions asked in the exam with 100 marks.
- The duration of the Railway NTPC is 90 minutes while the PWD candidates will get additional 30 minutes to complete the test.
- The students will get 1 mark for every correct answer while 1/3 or 0.33 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer marked by the candidate.

RRB NTPC Exam Pattern: Stage 2
The candidates who will easily clear the RRB NTPC cut off decided for the Railway NTPC Exam Pattern will be called for the 2nd stage. This round will have 120 questions from Mathematics, English and Reasoning. The candidates are required to complete the test in the stipulated time duration as decided by the Railway board.
- The stage 2 of the Railway NTPC exam will also be conducted online.
- Similar to stage 1 the questions asked in the Railway NTPC exam will be objective in nature. The candidates will get questions in the form of MCQ.
- There will be a total of 120 questions asked in the exam with 120 marks.

RRB NTPC Exam Pattern: Typing Test and Skill Test
According to the RRB NTPC Exam Pattern the third stage will be the Typing Test and the skill test. The Railway announces the RRB NTPC Exam Date for the Tier 3 once the result of Tier 2 is released. This is a post specific test and the students who have applied for a certain post will be required to appear for this stage. The students will have to type the matter in English or Hindi depending upon their choice of language on a computer.
